I've been unable to go to the area called your account to set up the rest of the information for my name and password.

Once you are logged in you should click on the area called: "your account."

This will take you to a screen that looks like this - where you should choose Edit.

In this screen you will be able to reset your password.

Clicking on "Credentials" allows you to enter your professional profile, and if you click on the "vtarc Companion Mailing Address", you can enter your address and profile. You should always click on "submit" after you add information to the form.
